Kenneth Lay dead at 64
Former Enron CEO Kenneth Lay died from a heart attack in Colorado. He was 64.

Could someone explain to me why he was vacationing in Colorado instead of in prison. Does it usually take 5 months from conviction and sentancing? I bet it doesn't if you are just an ordinary person instead of a high profile thief.
