advertisement'Project Runway," which begins its third season tonight on Bravo, manages a near coup of reality television: It's engrossing, entertaining and emotional without resorting to gross-out tricks or manufactured melodrama.
Like most of Bravo's reality shows, "Runway" is essentially a talent show. Unlike other competition shows, viewers see rejects only to establish the judges' sense of irritation at unworthy contestants.
