I think that McDreamy is backing off from Merideth becouse he wants to be cheif and she is getting in the way. If the Cheif really is Merideths father we will probably not know for a while. George and Izzy are meant for each other it is just a matter of time for them to be together. Birk and Christina they will last for a while but know telling how long. The cheif will probably never retire as cheif. Bailey her mariage will not end it will last because she is the only real person on the show with no problems. addison will be very happy on her new show but it won't be the same without her. Her new show will be awsome. Mcsteamy might stay at SGH but who knows about him he should of had addison when he had the chance. Alex is felling in love with Ava you can tell by the way he looks at her and treats her. Merideth is going to have a breakdown because she let her father back into her life, he turned on her the last episode when she could not save her step mom. Greys Anatomy is going to be so good next week i can't wait.
