I ride a 03' Suzuki Volusia 800....
I ride to work everyday.....
My bike has sentimental value......my Brother in Law....(whom I thought of as a brother...not an In Law).....died in 2004....of cancer.
He purchased this bike new and always had a smile ear to ear everytime he straddled it.....
He rode in pain.....but refused to let anyone know.....(I could tell)
Everytime I open the right side saddle bag...I smell coffee.....and think of him...
I grew up around Harleys....and used to change gears for my daddy on his.......ol' pan head.....(I'm talking 4 years old)
This Suzuki is smooth and a pleasure to ride......but best of all...Johnny is riding with me......There is no thrill in this world that equal the open road.....and an iron horse.....rumbling between you knees.
