That is the dog I saw that morning. The car was behingd it try to get the dog to come to her. It was a small white station wagon looking car. I really think the dog is ok. But I do know that was the dog I saw. Maybe the person got it and is taking care of it. Sorry for you loss and really hope who ever pick it up will see this site or westal and gets in touch with you .
