as lady fighter stated this is a free class to all woman and young girls.... so come one out... the information you learn could help prevent you from becoming a victim to a violent crime. we will be covering lots of topics from patterns of offenders to how to best defend and escape an attacker..

i think i will also be the practice dummy for the class.... so it should be fun!!!!1 hope to see you there.....
