Let me clarify my above statement.What I meant was in Vermont you are not required to get a pistol permit from your local Sheriff or police department.If you are legally able to purchase a pistol you can carry it concealed in Vermont without a pistol permit.I think they have open carry as well but am not 100% sure about that.
