Something needs to be done about this Bobby Custard. He's out of the Uniontown area. I have heard some disigusting things about him and if I knew what he looked like would like to could catch him so he could be arrested. He's supposedly told some people he was paid to pick up dogs and then takes them. Some out of their own yards. I hear he takes them to undesirable places - maybe for use by fighting dog rings???
