I believe in Ohio there was a problem with people registering to vote and then turning around and voting the same day with the early voting rule. That is the same thing.

It is important to realize that ACORN is being investigated for voter registration fraud and not voter fraud. Some meida outlets (FOX) have been reporting voter fraud. This is an important distinction. The false names registered by ACORN would not be allowed to vote.
