Wasn't ACORN the organization that turned in the discrepances to the Registrars offices. They turned it in and said that there were suspicious regiatrations. If Wal-Mart turned in employees that they suspected of stealing from the store, would Wal-Mart be blamed for the the employees stealing from the store. How many cases of voter fraud has been proven in the U. S. A poll from Ohio for the last two years determined that there were 4 cases of voter fraud out of 9 million votes cast. Some person may register under a name and the person that registered him may get paid for the registration, but this person would probably never vote because he/she would be discovered.
