Re: Acorn
A person has to show an ID to vote. Is that just in AL or is that nation wide? If a person has to show an ID, then they are going to have to have an ID with all those names on it. A poll worker is suppose to check the name and address of the voter. Not necessialy the picture, because some use a light bill, or voter reg form. Unless they give another address in another voting place, they will be caught in a small voting place. I guess in a big place they might get by. I was told by someone that their ID was not checked the last time she voted. She said but they all knew who I was. She said she had it in her hand but didn't show it. My husband walked up to the voting place one time and we made him come back home and get his ID. Even tho we all knew him. We don't let anyone get away without showing their ID at the Springhill Fire Dept.
