Stickman I agree with you it most likely could use a "house cleaning". Some of these employees are most likely not needed. I am wondering if the employee gets paid those hourly rates. It says the company bills for the high dollar hourly rates. That does not mean that the employee gets it. I know in the work I do (construction) I do not get paid the hourly rate that my company bills the client for. Sometimes they bill up to 3 times what I get paid per hour. That is the way they make money. I would love to get per hour what my company is billing the client for me now on this job. I have been here one year and I could retire now.
