One point that was mentioned by a bud, it isn't just contract employees. A guy he works with couldn't pass the tech tests to qualify for the job, so they created a job for him.

It is no different with Alabama Power Co. and their employees. They teach them to pass the required test to be helpers at the plant.
This kind of thing happens all the time! In all job feilds. It is a shame!
