"Spam Culprit"
The Demopolis Times took some flack for running this toon in the editorial section. To the Times' credit, they apologized severely and admitted to running the pic without actually looking at it. According to the cartoonist's website, the title of the toon is "spam culprit"

I guess the old woman is his mom??
