Meetings:
The Tombigbee Healthcare Authority Board of Directors meets the Thursday of each month at 6:00pm in the board room. The board room is located near the main entrance to the hospital on the first floor. These meetings are open to the public.

Selection of Board Members:
Hospital Board members are appointed to their positions. The Demopolis Mayor and City Council appoints five of the nine members of this board. The Tombigbee Healthcare Authority appoints the other four members of the board. Appointments are for a six year term.
