The flash lasted about a second or less. I really don't see what all the fuss is about, especially considering some of the shows that are on TV now days. I reckon the problem is it's on CBS, who's demographic normally is the geriatric population. Besides CSI, the Super Bowl, and college football, I really have no need for the network anyway.
