The store needs to be bigger exspecialy the upstairs. They need more things to choose from also. The people are nice when you walk in the door.

I have never walked in Spiller and not been greeted immediately. That means a lot to me. I wanted a particular style of table and we couldn't find one in the store. The lady that waited on me got the catalog and we searched until we found one like I wanted. Other furniture store here just said " We don't carry anything like that" I have my round coffee table now and I love it. Spiller has always been a good experience for me.

I was greeted as i came in but wanted to look upstairs. No one went with me and I had questions about a bedroom suit, I was frustrated because # 1 There were no tags on the suit I was looking at #2 she had to go up anyway...I just left.
They also could not tell me about the types of springs, etc in the sofas they sell.
You need to be knowable about your products.

I love Annette. She is a really good sales person. She talked my husband into buying me a brand new livingroom set. I will tell anyone that Spiller is the best furniture company in Demopolis.

What happened with George? I have known him for years.

I know that every time I have gone into the store the workers have been very nice. They have never failed to answer any questions that I had. If they didn't know the answer to a question, they admitted that they didn't know, and then said, "Let's see what we can find out for you."

I want a table just like LuckyLady has. I guess that I had better be getting over there and letting them find one of them for me. LOL
