after the first six weeks is up will you be doing another one? ill be having a baby in march and would LOVE to do that once the baby gets here. i will NEED a boost to get back in shape..!!

I would just like to say that I am taking the class and I have really enjoyed it. She is a really TOUGH instructor, but it has helped alot. I have lost 6.5 lbs. I have already asked about signing up for the next 6 week class.

YES, I will be starting a New 6 week class! It will start on Dec. 11th! And I will continue to teach the classes, as long as there are people willing to take them! Congrats on the new baby Philly2.. and when the baby gets here, give us a call and sign up!

Isn't that great. Go pig out Thursday for Thanksgiving and then go weigh in Saturday. It just means that we are going to have to watch how much we eat. I think that Ladyfighter is testing us. Lets show her what we can do ladies.
