Motorola i560 Ringtone Help
I have a Motorola I560, I am trying to add personal ringtones. Is there a way to download a ringtone or make a ringtone from a music file from my computer and install it on the phone?

Also what about background pictures, How can I download then?
I had to stop and ask self,"Do I really need to be here", and self says,"Only in the cover of darkness."

I have the programs on my laptop that I can create and upload ringtones to Southernlinc phones. I also have thousands of different backgrounds that can be loaded to the phones.

A good source of information is howardforums.com, browse the Motorola/Nextel links, and they will have info on how to make ringtones/wallpapers/etc. What i use a a program called webjal to load my own ringtones, which i record using goldwave. Ringtones must be in wav format, mono, 8khz sampling rate. I have had most success uploading them with webjal, using a serial cable, sometimes the usb data cable doesn't work, there are some issues with Motorola usb drivers. ideninsider.com is also a good source of info. Good Luck!
