Having fun with widgets
I have discovered widgets. I was wondering who else besides JFlockery is enjoying these little doohickeys. I read about them a few months ago. But at the time didn't think I would be interested. That is until J said "Mom wanna show ya something I have found." And of course I was hooked. I have downloaded many. Of course I've gone and dumped some. They weren't as interesting as I first thought. But these I really like having on my screen.


Snow Globe counts the days till Christmas. Also when you click on it, it flips and wallah snow. Cute!


And then of course I downloaded this neat little widget that takes screen shot of my widgets so I could show yall what I got. NEAT!
The only thing is I got one that is a floater. LOL! Sounds nasty huh? Funny thing is I can see it on my page here that I'm typing on. Yea that's what floating means. LOL I found out the hard way. Now I cannot get the thing off. See I found the pretty Christmas clock. And I like it much better. But, still got the floater too. LOL If anyone can help me get rid of it please let me know. I cannot flush the thing. LOL

I love this one because you can type in what meat (or whatever) you have on hand and it will give you hundreds of recipes. Desserts, appetizers, drinks, etc. Really handy.
