I know complaints about Pizza Hut have been on here numerous times, but I have got to vent and fuss a little! lol First, I will say Pizza Hut needs to close there doors! JMO Hubby, 2 kids and I decided to go there and eat last night when we were done getting hair cuts. Walked in around 7:40 and were asked were we ordering or having the buffet. Asked what time it was over and was told 8. The buffet was still full, no one else was in there to eat (now I know why) and kids were hungry so we decided on the buffet. Told by one of the employees to sit where ever we wanted. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to take our drink order and bring us plates, forks & napkins. After another 5 minutes we get our drinks, but NO plates. In the meantime there are young girls (not sure if they were employees or friends of employees) picking off the pizzas on the buffet. I looked at one of the employees and said "I am going to act like I didn't just see that considering people do eat from there". Well, it is 8:00 and needless to say we have NO plates to eat from (after asking for them 3 different times) and all but a couple of the employees get there purses and go home! Yes, we got up and left! Drinks were on the house and I will NEVER step foot in that place again. On top of our terrible experience, there was a family passing through town and stopped there to eat! I have a feeling they were not for behind us on leaving! They couldn't even get there drink order taken! What a great way for them to remember Demopolis! Thanks for listening to me let out steam!!!

We have also had horrible trouble/service with pizza hut. If you want to feel as if you mean absolutley nothing in this world go sit down in pizza hut. Stopped going or even calling in an order over a year ago. I also wonder how they are staying in business.

We won't even get started on our past experience(s) with Pizza Hut!
You took the words right off my finger tips!!! There is only one thing that I have to add, Bobby and his father, John, are two of the most patient people in the world and those who know them know this is true, well lets just say that they will never go in there again after our last experience. TERRIBLE!!
On the other hand, if you want a great Pizza Hut, come to the one in Roanoke, AL!!Wonderful!!
My little bundle of Joy!!

Last time we were in there around lunch time, there were some customers ( not to mention their race) came in with a car full of kids. The older adults were fixing the kids plates and was picking up food off the buffet and eating. They would give the kids food off of the buffet and give it to them. The kids would take a bite and put it back on the buffet. The adults would not even pick it up and put it on their plates. We just got up and left. Leaving drinks on the table. Service was very poor and slow, since we were not the right race. Never walked in the door since.

I haven't been there in probably 2 years. I even tried to email them and let them know about how horrible and nasty that Demopolis Pizza Hut is. All I ever got back was a form letter. Looks like somebody down the line would be questioning whats going on with the store.

Um, did you check the buffet? that's where I always find the plates. I eat at pizza hut often and the plates and bowls are always waiting AT the buffet next to the food.
Sorry about your experience. I just wouldn't go there anymore. Keep doing that and maybe one day you'll have your wish that the pizza hutt will be closed. Maybe they'll put in a papa john's soon!!!
