Last night's Olympic hockey victory by the USA team brings back memories...

Anyone who was anyone was chanting "U-S-A", "U-S-A", "U-S-A", "U-S-A" after the semi-final hockey match between the Soviet Union and the United States.
It was the Cold War. We were ALL participants. We fought the Russians in everything...propaganda, international relief aid, trade agreements, Third World...

It's been happening for a while now.
It started with bulges that wouldn't go away.
It's been happening for a while now.
Later, there came the inflamations in the joints.
It's been happening for a while now.
Then, there appeared a donut the back of my head.
It's been happening for a while now.
What hasn't let go is now gray.
It's been happening for a while now.
I have forgotten to forget what I forgot to forget....
