I've been havin' a LOT of seizures lately, so haven't been on much. Hopefull, they are startin' to ease up now. I feel hammered when I'm in seizure mode, 'specially since I was walkin' thru th' kitchen th' other day when I had one and hit the floor. Now I got a swollen eye and pulled muscle in my thigh and under my arm. But I'm still here!!! I'll be back slingin' my redneck hash around in full swing soon! Thanks for worryin' 'bout me, hon. I've missed you too.

Ejsdaughter? Wow what can I say. I have tried to be respectful to her. I have succeeded for the most part. It is difficult to respect someone who shows no respect for others.

I stayed up to watch his victory speech. I found myself unable to sleep and I paid for it today at work. I am sure the nastiness will not stop. I will confront it head-on. I am not suprised that Alabama went for McCain. Georgia did too. A great day for us ALL!!!!!!

Funkenstein House is the orignial name of the house. But people my age always remember it as the Bley house. The house was a special built house for a wedding. There is a story in the book written by the Late Mr Billy Treager and The Late John Caldwell. I cant remember the name of the book right off hand but I know I have a copy of it somewhere in my house. I will add the name of it as soon as I can find it.

Sound like it may be an interesting book! I wish Traeger would put his recipes from that delicious bakery they had in that book, I'd pay top $$$ for that! Tell hubby he is reading too dang slow! I'm wanting to hear more about this book and it's contents. Gotta have a lot of good stories.

Daddy said that he remembers your Mom and she was "always so nice to him, a good person." Forgot to ask about the cuz. He also said that John Callwell (sp) lived in that big 'ol house and he thought the name of it was the Callwell(sp) house. I couldn't hardly hear him cause his cell was breaking up and his damn dog was barking right in my ear lol. Hope this helps.

Wow! I'll call Daddy in the morning when he ain't drinking and ask him. I can't remember what the name of their house was, but I think it was named after they sold it to the Church. I don't know where they moved to and haven't seen Stephanie since grade school probably. I'll ask my Dad and see if he remembers. I know it was on Strawberry Street. Maybe Angelwing knows. I'll send her a PM and see.

I don't remember if Dad ever talked about Ruth, name sounds familiar but I can't place her.
