FOX NEWS has the only positive review of any network news organization in an undisputed nationwide poll.
"More people trust FOX NEWS than distrust them."

CNN is 2nd and a full 10% behind FOX.

Of course FOX is accused by some as being far-right conservative as opposed to the other news organizations being left-liberal.

Shucks, there are pundits of both occassionally on C-SPAN.

Well you hear guests from both the left and the right when you watch Fox News. Even if the moderator leans right, you have heard two sides.

On the other networks you hear the left wing guests interviewed by left leaning moderators. Both guests and moderators come across as chortling about the superiority of their views in a vacuum without a whisper of a dissenting view. It hardly seems journalistic.

Clearly Fox News is fair and better balanced than its competitors.

I watch FOX for the comedy. It's hilarous. I find it even funnier when you regurgitate their latest "headlines."

Fox, MSNBC, CNN - the are NOT news channels. The are entertainment--talking heads who's audience are like minded and feel good hearing their own thoughts and beliefs echoed on the television screen. Fox gets more ratings than any of them--they are "mainstream media", even though it's pundits like to refer the the "msm" as every other network out there.

If I want to know whats going on in the world, I go to the internet. The times of day when the TV is available to me I'd rather spend being entertained by a drama or comedy rather than listen to pundits preach their right or left biased opinions in the name of "news".

BTW--"Fair and Balanced" is pretty redundant for a slogan for a "news" channel wouldn't you say? It's like a restaurant having the slogan "Salmonella Free".

To be honest, I'm not sophisticated, worldly or knowledgeable enough to rely solely on a couple of the news sources such as REUTERS, AP, yahoo and the others in order to form an opinion.

I enjoy the opinions of many different philosophies and political pundits, it seems that I always discover an entirely unique perception of a situation, whether I necessarily agree with it or not.

The only people whose opinions I don't value are those who are extremely redundant, harsh and strident..........Rush, Hannity, James Carville, Maureen Dowd, Paul Begala, etc. are not on my favorites list.

BTW, I'm not too ancient to recognize the fact that FOX has more former Miss America contestants than all of the others combined.
They've put to rest forever the misconception that attractive women, especially blondes, aren't relevant as news anchors.

Interesting not to that- Gretchen Carlson (Fox & Friends) was Miss America in 1989. She's a graduate of Stanford and attended Oxford in England, as well as a classically trained violinist. Yet, routinely "dumbs" herself down for the sake of the show.
