Here are you supposed to see a light that gets brighter and brighter.
What kinds of things are you supposed to do or rules to follow to be able to see these ghost, spirits.
Ranger-007, I think that someone is getting their stories confused. That light is at Old Cahawba.
Oh how we danced and we swallowed the nights for it was all ripe for dreaming
Oh how we danced away all of the lights we've always been out of our minds
Oh, and Crunkfest...that tunnel isn't there anymore. Read the thread "Tunnels under the Civic Center".

I dont know, i just heard something about a husband and wife getting hit by a train. And if you go there on certian nights you can see the man trying to find his wife. But I don't know, this is just what someone told me.
I had to stop and ask self,"Do I really need to be here", and self says,"Only in the cover of darkness."
Never heard the traintrack story. But now that you mention it, I remember hearing something about a ghost around the traintracks on the Tasco road....anyone else remember anything about that.
Ranger 007 - Old Cahawba is the town that became Cahaba on the Alabama river. Cahawba was the first capital of Alabama and was almost completely wiped out by the yellow fever. The yellow fever cemetary there is haunted.
Then there's the Eliza Battle, a sunken riverboat that rises out of the water around Nanafalia when the weather is bad. And there's another riverboat that's supposed to haunt the Tombigbee around Demopolis. I'll have to look that one up, though.

Not just Demopolis, but all around Alabama. Of course, there is the Katheryn Tucker Windham book, but I've got another one. It's at home, but I'll post the name tomorrow.
