I know of a 2 br house in Linden that may be put on the market soon in a good neighborhood for around 40 - 45 k...if you want me to give the owner your number then pm it to me and I will give it to her.

I have a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath with a large fenced-in backyard in a nice neighborhood in Linden. It is in the price range you mentioned. There is a renter now, but she has told me she will probably be moving soon. I'm not sure when she plans to move, but I can check. E-mail me privately if you want more information.
