Linden Real Estate?
Does anyone know of a house for sale in the Linden area? I looked up Tutt Land Company-Bill Mackey-and-Black Belt with little to no luck this morning. Actually Tutt was the only one that even had a house listed in the area, and they only had like maybe three or four. So, I was wondering if anyone knew of a house that might not be listed with a real estate company.

Josephine Hall has one for sale on Church Street and there is also one being sold by the owners on Coats Ave. The one on Coats Ave is next to Robertson Bank and has a pool. I may think of more later.

I am not absolutely positive but I do not think she has Hall Realty any longer and I do think she is working with Tutt Land. The bank, First Bank of Linden (I think) also has a house on 6th Ave East at the 3-way stop near Cornerstone Church.

There is a house on Mobile Street that will be for sale soon. The owner has taken a job in Tuscaloosa. The house is in the mid of being remodeled so I have no idea if she is planning on finishing the house or selling as is. If interested you can PM me and I will give you her name and #.
