As I was driving to work this morning I stopped at a traffic light and caught a glance at a pair of sneakers tied together and thrown over a wire.......electric, telephone? NO idea! The point......
It made me think of one of my all time favorite movies. Big Fish. Then, that brought to mind many of my other favorites. Wondering, what is Dlives opinion on favorite movies or movies you hate.
I thought of Forrest Gump (peas and carrots, jenny, mama, floating feather), Unfaithful (snowglobe, sex) Places in the Heart, I believe is the name (sally field, cotton, the klan, blind man upstairs) Where the Heart is , I'm getting heart movies mixed up, i think (tornado, walmart, ashley judd, sally field yet again) and E.T.(reeses pieces, screams, floating bikes)The Ring (wells, water, horror!)Blair Witch Project (tent, maps)
And the ones I hate? Those Airplane movies! Those Naked Gun movies and last but not least............Caddy Shack! OH MY GOD! (ptooie!)

Dillybar I agree with you on the movies you hate they absolutely make no sense and I don't know why they even made them. Those Scary Movies 1 and 2 also. Stupid Foresst Gump I loved it anyone who hasn't seen Forrest Gump is unamerican. I saw ET I loved it too. One of my all time favorites is My Cousin Vinny I loved that show . I am not to much on Blood Guts an Gore movies If I want that I can read the newspaper. There is enough tragedy there. I want to smile and enjoy so I like funny or dramatic. Now I am going to contradict myself because the next series of movies did have a lot of violence but they all had humor too and for that I liked them. That is the Lethal Weapon series. I loved them all. I really like Danny Glover,Mel Gibson, and Joe Pesci. they make a great team.
I liked Forrest Gump too, who doesn't?? Anywayz, my ALL TIME favorite is.... Dirty Dancing!!!! Man, I love that movie, I've bet I've watched it a million times, and it never gets old. Another one I like is Steel Magnolias. I just love Julia Roberts, I like any and everyone of her movies. I like movies in general though. If I have to say one that I don't like very much, it would be the Stepford Wives. That movie was soooo stupid. I just didn't like it.
When I see a person with long jet black hair...automatically think..THE RING.....I see an Old Red Plymouth..I say....That's CHRISTINE!...I see a corn field...I think...FIELD OF DREAMS...when I see a Ghost..I think....SIXTH SENCE...lol..man this could go on forever...I like lots of movies....I tell ya....PAY IT FORWARD....I AM SAM...as for hate'n a movie...hate is such a strong word....but I do lothe...any cartoon turn in a movie...leave them alone!!!!
Loves:
1. Grease--i know every word and song by heart
2. Dirty Dancing--makes me want to get up and dance
3. The Notebook--makes me want to be with my husband
4. Steel Magnolias--love to cry with those southern women

I hated Stepford Wives and Bewitched. I like the stupid movies too ( airplane, scary movie--the first one only )
