I believe we do have enough kids in this area. I believe a few games a year for special needs kids and young adults would be fantastic. I've read about his before and are really suprised someone hasn't wanted to do this before. I think it would be great for all involved, parents, kids, volunteers, and the community!

I would definately be game to be involved with this. Great chance for kids not only in Demopolis, but also maybe Linden and Livingston to get a chance to do things they otherwise would be left out of! We've got all fall and winter to put this together. I'm not sure of what it is called, but the big day that kicks off the youth baseball/softball for the spring, would be the perfect time to have a game. Just a thought...gives plenty of time to plan and do things right.

Anything I can do just let Me know I love helping kids in any way they can be helped and to do something like this would be a privilege and not a chore in the least bit!!!!!!!

You know years ago when We were having those longest softball games I remember so well Paul Glass coming as one of the ones for MS and Ill never forget batting picking Paul up an drunning the bases with Him in My arms and when We came Home the feeling of cuddling Him to Me so We could slide in Home as He wished ot do so!! Those are the memories life is made of that We never forget!! It was an awesome experience for Me!!
Grandkids and kids all make Us feel younger than We actually are!!!

That was awesome to watch as well Daddy! Tears, thinking about it!

Also, it was brought up at the last meeting of the Twin Rivers Riding Club, that it would be great to do a riding camp for these children. I think it would be awesome!

yes it was and I see it happening for them to do this as well if nothing else a ride in a wagon for those who cant sit on a horse also with a campfire for story telling and hotdogs to eat!!
