Well, duh. If you ask this in Oklahoma, California or South Dakota, you'll probably get different answers, but this is THE rivalry game to me. Anything can happen (and usually does)!

I will agree this will vary depending on what part of the nation the poll is. I will let this run for awhile but I will tell you this Bama and Auburn were not the top rivalry in the nation but they were close.

Alabama vs Auburn

I had a roommate in college who was from Chicago. He said that his entire family would sit down and watch the Crimson Tide square off against the Tigers every year...even though no one had a vested interest in it. To him, it was a great game to watch.

Also, I've watched the Army-Navy game ever since I was a child. LOL Dad cheers for Navy because he hated being in the Army. I usually cheer for Army, but the last couple of years...I've cheered for Navy, too.

My step brother is a FSU grad and my nephew is a Florida grad. One lives in Denver and the other lives in Washington, DC and they have had to admit that no matter where they have been in the US it seems that the "IRON BOWL" is the greatest football rivalry bar none. It doesn't matter the record of either team when this game takes the field its all about who wants it bad enough!
