That was a great game last night! Everybody did what they were suppose to do. The freshman looked good also. John Parker had a good game along with Walker, Coffee and Ingram! Can't wait to see what else the season holds! Plus I loved it when Reamer caused that fumble! Way to go Bama!

Crimson Tide fans are still in jubilation after Alabama routed ninth-ranked Clemson in the Georgia Dome Saturday night. Alabama is indeed tougher, improved, more poised, and more prepared to take on the second year under Nick Saban. However, as Coach Saban warned...this is only the first game. There are 11 more to play. Our players need to have the focus to improve and remember how they got where they got, rather than think we can just show up now and beat whoever we play," Saban said. While clearly pleased with the start to 2008, Saban remained adamant after the game that his squad not lose its focus.

I've already heard die-hard Tide fans talking about a National Title after the first game. It's way too early for that. The moment is gone. Savor the win, be patient and let's hope the Tide is prepared for the next team.

The thing I am enjoying just a bit more than the win is the fact that Bama is on everyones mind. All the sports internet outlets are buzzing about the Bama "D" and the revitalized offense. There is alot more football to be played in this season, but Bama is back in the national spotlight! I love it!
