Alot of people told me that if Auburn lost to Bama he would be fired, but I didn't believe them. I can't believe, after one bad year.
I'm not perfect. I'll annoy you. Tick you off. Say stupid things, and then take them back. But put all that aside, you'll never find a girl who cares and loves you more than me.
Coach Nick Saban's comment on Tuberville's departure:
Tommy Tuberville found an ally in his former rival Wednesday. Alabama coach Nick Saban said schools are often be too quick to divorce themselves from successful coaches, such as Tuberville, Tennessee's Phillip Fulmer and Mississippi State's Sylvester Croom, all of whom are departing the SEC this year.
"I really question some of the judgment," Saban said, "relative to how it is for our game that people who have those kind of relationships and have done that kind of job and affected so many people in a positive way -- and have had a reasonable amount of success relative to their circumstances -- would not be given more respect and consideration than what these guys have been. So I guess we're 5-7 away from the same thing."
"There have been several coaches that have been let go in our league that have a pretty good body of work behind them," Saban said. "They've been really good coaches. They've been really good for the game. They've been good for a lot of players, and they've had very, very good programs. I've talked about Phillip. I've never really ever talked about Sly -- Sylvester -- and Tommy. Those guys are really good coaches. They've done a good job for a long time. They've got a tremendous body of work."
Never lie, steal, cheat, or drink. But if you must lie, lie in the arms of the one you love. If you must steal, steal away from bad company. If you must cheat, cheat death. And if you must drink, drink in the moments that take your breath away.

I was just thinking about either The Mad Scientist or The Old Ball Coach
The will of God prevails. In great contests each party claims to act in accordance with the will of God. Both may be, but one must be, wrong. - Abraham Lincoln, 1862
I hated to see him go . But maybe he will find a place where he is wanted . After all they have been trying to run him outta there several years ago
In the following quote he says he will remain in Auburn and help any way he can. I grabbed it from the link that Moonbeam provided.
“The last 10 years have been a great time in my life, both professionally and personally,” Tuberville said in a statement. “It’s been a great place to coach and live, and we’ve had a lot of success along the way. I’m going to remain in Auburn and help the Auburn family however I can. I’m very appreciative of the coaches, players, staff and Auburn fans over the last decade.”
Tuberville informed the players in a team meeting at the football complex after three days of meetings with Auburn officials. The players were not allowed to speak to the media as they walked out or lingered in the parking lot afterward.
